Deliveries

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All of our orders are shipped through a Royal Mail / Parcelforce.

UK:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service is used for UK buyers. 

We offer free delivery on UK orders over £50. 

For orders under £50 delivery is as follows:

  • <1kg: £3.50

  • >1kg: £5.35

 

OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Unfortunately, we do not offer free delivery to customers outside of the UK, however we are continuously working to make postage as affordable as possible. 

Please note: Shipping is based on weight and may vary. 

Europe Zone 1:

  • <500g: £8.00

  • </=1kg: £9.90

  • >1kg: £10.90

 

Europe Zone 2:

  • <500g: £8.20

  • <1kg: £10.20

  • >1kg: £11.40

Europe Zone 3:

  • <500g: £8.50

  • <1kg: £10.90

  • >1kg: £11.95

 

World Zone 1:

  • <500g: £12.10

How long will it take to get my item?

All orders placed between Monday and Friday* are dispatched within 48hrs. *Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched within 72hrs. 

Postage to UK addresses should arrive within 4 working days after your order has been placed. We dispatch all UK orders using Royal Mail's 48 hour parcel service (1st class), so your order will be delivered by your postman. 

For orders outside of the UK we expect your orders to arrive in approx 7-10 days once your order has been dispatched. However, due to the shipping network and items that are outside of our control we would ask that you allow up to a maximum of 20 working days for your order to get to you. 

Delivery costs are inclusive of VAT.

 

Christmas Shipping

Throughout the Christmas period, please expect and allow for delays in dispatch and shipping due to high order volumes and pressure on the postal services. Cut off dates for placing orders to be received by Christmas Day are as follows.

UK orders: 

Royal Mail 2nd class and 2nd class signed for - Wednesday 15th December Royal Mail 1st class and 1st class signed for - Saturday 18th December.
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr - Sunday 19th December. 

International Orders*:

Sunday 28th November - Caribbean
Thursday 2nd December - Australia, Greece, Italy, New Zealand and Portugal
Saturday 4th December - Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East 

Tuesday 7th December - Cyprus, Malta and Sweden
Wednesday 8th December - Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey 

Friday 10th December - Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland and USA
Monday 13th December - Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland 

*These dates are only correct provided any customs fees, taxes or duties are paid for immediately on request.

*Orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee it.

Return & Exchange Policy 

​

At Steel Butterfly Healing, we endeavour to package your product with the utmost care & attention to ensure there are no issues upon receipt. However, if an item is not as described, you should contact us straight away (within 14 days from the purchase) providing your order number, an image of the item received and an explanation as to why you believe it was not as described. We'll get back to you within 5 business days with an appropriate solution. 

When a return is agreed upon, please ensure when you send the item back to us that the package item is insured and that you retain proof of postage. Your refund will be sent within 5 days of receipt provided the item is received in its original condition. We cannot refund items that do not reach us safely, this is why it is important that you return the item with a tracked and insured service and retain proof of postage should you need to open a claim with the shipping provider used.

Damaged, Delayed & Lost Items

If any of these rare circumstances occur, we're here to help! 

Damaged items: If an item has been damaged on its way to you, please contact customer support at info@steelbutterflyhealing.com and provide your order number, photographs of the external packaging if the parcel is visibly damaged from the outside and clear, in focus images of damage to the products. A member of the team will get back to you within 5 days to request more information if needed or with an appropriate solution, this will usually be a partial refund if the damage is very small, a replacement item, store credit or a full refund. This is assessed on a case-to-case basis. 

Delayed and lost items: If your order has not arrived by 7 days after the above suggested dates and the tracking is not updating, please contact customer support with your order number so they can look into it for you. If your parcel has indeed been lost you will be offered a coupon for the store or a full refund. We are not able to refund postage costs for lost items.
